Teen Read Week 2014
To celebrate and honor YALSA’s Teen Read week October 12 – 18th, I’m holding a giveaway!
YALSA - Young Adult Library Services Association - has been holding a 'teen read week' every year since 1998 and it's held annually during the third week of October. The purpose? To encourage teens to be regular readers and library users - sounds like a great idea to me!
To find out more visit http://teenreadweek.ning.com/ and YALSA - Young Adult Library Services Association at http://www.ala.org/yalsa/
And now onto the giveaway…
What do you like to read and where do you get your books?

What an excellent idea! I'd be lost without the library. I use it all the time. I know a big part of why I love to read comes from my mom taking me to our local library from a young age. Libraries are magical places!
ReplyDeleteHi Ros! Thank you so much for stopping by! Yes, gotta love those libraries - they are what make readers - and writers - go round! Happy writing to you!
DeleteHi, Lisa! I mostly read contemporary romance, women's fiction and YA. I buy both print books and eBook, and I borrow books from the library. I try to support local indie books as much as possible, and I also shop at my favorite second-hand book store, Russell Books.
ReplyDeleteHi Lee - gotta love books, right? I'm a big fan of Russell Books, as well! Thank you so much for stopping by - happy writing to you!
